Someone died in building and no one from the staff felt it needed to inform anyone else. Dealt with a fly infestation for days and the smell of death for weeks. Leasing off barely cared and only supplied a fly trap. Rude leasing office. Dog poop and unleashed dogs all over property.

Donna was very helpful she was able to get me approved in one day I live in Atlanta but was in Detroit for a few days was able to see the outside they were not open the complex looked pretty good from what I saw online the apartments looks pretty nice

I have been here 7 years and just love it here. Maintenance is quick to respond. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up and always look nice. The location is excellent. Neighbors are friendly and very quiet. I have nothing bad to say about my time here or the complex itself.
