10/10 dont recommend, the apartment is very outdated, hallways are dirty, carpet very old in hallways. The walls and floors are very thin, I could hear people below and above me all day, everyday. I wouldnt recommend anyone to move here.

Been living here for 3 years, they raise the rent every year I started off paying 760 for a 2 bedroom now I am up to 890! The washer and dryer is old as dirt, doesnt work half of the time and its almost $2.00 to wash and $1.75 to dry! The heat does not get warm it takes a day and a half to warm your whole apartment, theres only one air conditioner in the living room which sucks so in the summer you will be miserable! You share a hallway with 4 other tenants and most are dirty which is embarrassing when you have company! Its weird little bugs that pop up every now and then and i cant even figure out what type of bugs they are all i know is they look like a tiny version of plankton from spongebob. Its not a updated apartment for the price! Westland is way over their heads with the cost of living!

Very racist, no cameras in parking lot or hallway, maintenance goes into apartments unannounced and while tenants are away. Apartment doors are not secure have only one lock and can easily be broken into. One resident per apartment can have 2 0r 3 cars inconveniencing other tenants that live there. This place is not about safety and rules all about one race and money.

Overall, this is a great place to live. Maintenence is great and whenever I've had an issue it has been taken care of quickly. My only two issues are these: we need better laundry facilities. It can be dark at times and the sink always fills up with water and it has never been addressed. Also, rent is a little high. I would love to move to a 2 bedroom or even a townhouse but the price is just a little too steep for what you get.

Raising rental rates by $70 without more than a 30 day notice; having to call to request the public hallway cleaned ( bugs and spider webs, trash); odors from other apartments especially cigarette smoke.
