The apartment is comfortable and safe thus far. I would be much happier though, if my apartment would stop flo Read Moreoding. It seems we have an issue with drains that can not be solved.

Some tenants are very messy. They throw their junk mail on the floor in front of the mailboxes. The hallways Read More are getting really messy. I report these things to the leasing office, they send out a letter, yet some tenants still don't follow the rules. They go up on the rent every year. You would think they would want regular paying tenants. Instead, they raise the rent , people have to move because the can't afford to pay anymore.

The apartment was in decent shape when we moved in. Some minor things was all. You can also tell that the pain Read Moreters they use aren't very careful because there is paint along the edges of all the trim. I am moving out because when I received the paperwork to renew my lease, my rent was going up by $75/month, which for me ended up not being worth it.
