Country Meadows Apartments

I love this place. I am a current resident of Country Meadows and for these to be my 2nd apartments since I've been in Michigan I would love to say I wish Country Meadows was my first. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Cheryl are really terrific people with kind hearts and I can say that they love the job that they signed up for. The maintenance people are great and I wish I knew at least 1 of their names to put in this review but they know who they are. The price is very reasonable for a single parent and they are the kind of people I would love to continue to rent from as long as I am in an apartment. They work with you and they remember your name which is a big deal to me. If you're looking for a place to call home give Country Meadows a try. You won't regret it.

Office staff is very rude, the kind of people that are allowed to move in is completely ridiculous. The laundry facility is extremely nasty.

management are not very helpful when trying to resolve issues over the phone. Grounds could use some lawn care and the building entry ways and lighting really needs some fixing and updating!

Property was gorgeous, pricing was excellent. We had troublesome neighbors but management worked along with us and had them evicted. It has since been quiet, safe and clean.

I feel as though my apartment could be better not having a dishwasher is a hassle and my carpet hasn't been cleaned even though I have lived here for almost 4 years. They also go through different teams of management a lot so it's hard to really get to know any of the employees.

Staff is very nice and always willing to help. Maintence is good but there is sometimes a delay between when the work order is placed and it is actually completed. However, the staff always follows up on all work orders. The buildings are very quiet and residents are nice.

I have been here in County Meadows for 7 years. It's so much better than when I moved here the apartment is so beautifu le. The manger is so much better than the one that was here when moved here. The apartment that I'm in is beautiful thank you for my home. And the move from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom was so easy and I love my new home and my grandson loves it to.

Had a tour with Yasmeen this week that was really wonderful! Seems like a solid value for the price and good amenities. Yasmeen was really helpful and made me feel very welcomed

They try to steal your deposit, I left there two months ago, and still I haven’t received my security deposit. Try to not to pay the last payment in full.

I've lived here since December and it's a nice enough space. The unit is large with plenty of closet space and my cats like the large windows and ample sill space. I like that my unit looks out of a courtyard with grass and trees. The only thing I don't like is the radiant heating system. If I don't keep all of my windows wide open, the temperature in my apartment will climb above 80 degrees. I came home from an overnight trip and it was almost 90. Which when you have things like an aquarium, sensitive electronics, and pets it's a concern balancing their health with the security of needing to keep all my windows open -- even when I'm not home. I assume this is because my unit is in proximity to the building's boiler because my kitchen has complementary heated floors and a low rumble that is ever-present in my living room. I look forward to the warmer weather of March and April where maybe I won't be sweating while I try to sleep before the heat of the summer. I'd recommend this complex but I would definitely make sure that you won't roast alive in your unit before signing a lease.

You're better off figuring things out on your own than asking for help from the office.

trash apartments. trash property. trash maintenance and trash management. rent continues to get higher. nothing gets improved in the apartments or around the property. over $900 rent and they don't even have washers and dryers in the buildings you have to go upfront near the office. and with winter coming we can look forward to 4 months of completely ice covered parking lots and half cleared side walks because they don't shovel. just throw salt over everything and hope it melts. And i didn't even touch the multiple apartments with mold and mildew issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
