    I did hear from the property, my only concern is that I wish is that properties and websites were more together. You can see a property on the website that says its available, but when you call they say they dont have anything available. I also wish most properties would respond when you send an email or call. Its very frustrating. More communication and updating between properties and websites.

    I just moved out roughly 2 weeks ago. This place use to be alright. It got new management and has gone downhill extremely fast. All the appliances in the kitchen are out of date. Our oven would catch on fire and they didn't replace it. The air conditioning unit is a wall unit and could not keep up with the heat. Because of this I had to buy a separate unit to make the bedrooms bearable to sleep at night. Don't expect the land lady to be in the office. She is never in time, leaves early, or has meetings. She is rude, and she will huff and puff when you ask her to do her job. When it snows it takes a minimum of two days before they get to it. My last place did the removal the same day, right after it got done snowing. The carpet is cheap and always feels dirty. From the time I moved in, I used a carpet cleaner four times and it still felt that way. If you have any big garbage shed will charge you $100 to throw it away. That's why there are cameras at the dumpsters.

    conditions are horrible. appliances, floor, carpet...wash machine and dryers were always broken. If you ever called for something to be fixed it to took FOREVER...but if they needed something you were expected to get back with them asap. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

    The apartment upkeep is cheap. Many "fixes" are fixed again. It's obvious they try to cut corners to save a buck. There is absolutely no pride in their workmanship with maintaining carpet, trim, heating/ventilation, etc. It's pretty much low budget rental housing.
