I moved in April 2020, so I have only been here for 6 months and I do not have NOT 1 issued with my apartment, neighbors, or management. Whenever I have an issued inside my apartment or just a concern, Mrs. Sue (the property manager) always get back with me in a timely manner and we work together get it resolved. Mrs. Sue is professional, COMMUNICATES WELL, and is organized. She keeps her tenants well informed by posting information in the mail area, laundry area, and delivering letters to our doors. I love that the apartments are in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks are in walking distance, transit station, even the Planet Fitness! I feel safe and we appreciated.

I moved in in early August and I couldn't be happier. I'm a walker so being in the heart of Apple Valley is so convenient. Work and shopping are minutes away. Safe and quiet. Fast response from management and Sue is top notch for making sure the grounds and building is kept clean and maintained. Great neighborhood. I plan on a long stay

I've lived here for about 22 years. I moved away for a job a few years ago and recently moved back to the area. This was the only place I ever considered. It's a great place to live with great management. Quiet buildings in a safe neighborhood. Secure buildings help make my family feel at ease. Any maintenance work orders will be taken care of within a couple days. Property Management does a wonderful job keeping things clean and in working order. My family is happy to call this home.

I lived here for over 19 years, only moved because I fell and broke my leg and had to go to asst. living. Management is very fair and easy to deal with. Repairs are made quickly, property is well kept, and apts are clean upon move in. Even though the building might be older, the units are updated before people move in with new carpet and flooring. Recently, they added another building, and put in a much larger parking lot, lots of lighting for security, and really updated the landscaping. I totally recommend this place, Sue is a great property manager.
