Flats on 21 is a great place to live for any age group. Super quiet and is a convenient spot. Jana and the maintenance man are great and easy to work with! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've lived at Flats on 21 since it opened in June 2020. The manager and maintenance are amazing and quick to respond to questions. The amenities are the first of their kind in our small community-- 2 fitness rooms, game room, grilling stations, and community room with espresso/hot chocolate machine. I enjoy the quiet area of town, modern decor and love that Flats is pet friendly!

Flats on 21 great place to live. Pet friendly! Staff are friendly and willing to satisfy your need whether something breaks. It's get fixed quickly. Security building makes feel safe to stay.

I have lived in this apartment building for over a year and I have loved every second of it! The building manager is very responsive to every tenants needs and makes sure that we live in a clean and safe place.

I am a current resident of the Flats on 21. I have been living here for 10 months now and haven't been happier in any other place in town! The Flats on 21 are located on the outskirts of town providing a quiet and serene environment. The building is beautiful inside and out. It is very well kept up. The building also provides a safe and secure feeling with security controlled entrances and several security cameras in and around the property. The apartments are beautifully designed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full size washer/dryers in the units. The rent also includes internet access. The building has 24 hour exercise rooms, which I take advantage of a lot, a game room, and also a community room to gather with friends to hang out. The community room also has a free coffee/hot chocolate machine as well, which is perfect for those chilly MN days to warm up! And, as a dog lover, it is nice that this apartment building is pet friendly and has two dog parks on-site as well. The Property Manager, Jana, has been amazing! She is so friendly and kind, and has always been quick to respond to any of my inquiries/questions/requests. And, Rod, who handles the Maintenance, is also one of a kind. He is so friendly, and willing to help whenever needed. This past winter my car wouldn't start, and he was right there able to provide me with a car jumper box, which the apartment building has on-site, to get my car started. And, on my way I went. Overall, I can say, the Flats on 21 is the best apartment available in town! I couldn't have chosen a better place to call "Home"!
