This place can be a Excellent place to live, but I gave it a good. Reason, They allow people to smoke in there apartments. I don't smoke, but I do smell smoke of others who do. There should be a non smokers building. I feel amount room for the price, compared to other apartments around is great. The staff here is wonderful. The up keep is great. Location is wonderful.

Thin apartment walls and floor (I can hear the neighbors talk, walk, snore, etc). Underground parking filthy with toilet water trickling on the floor, garbage smells. Old air conditioners that make a lot if noise. Not enough hot water. Slow response to fix issues within the apartments. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

Well, the property does not have a party room and the pool is not open yet. I love the location. I rent is a little too high compare to other apartment in the area that provide more amenities.
