Car was towed because there is not enough parking. Was told I would get update cabinets when lease was signed; never got cabinets. I believe management entered apartment without notice. Other than that, the peoe living there are great, friendly, and quiet.

There are several reasons I rated the way i did. Horrible management, maintenance issues, bad neighbors that caused trouble, etc. Most importantly, though, was the way they handled my lease. My husband and i were divorcing. We needed to break or lease. We did everything towers mgmt asked us to do. We gave up our deposit, err paid rent until the unit was rented. 2 years later i am called by a collections company that claims i owe three thousand dollars for my lease.

I love the layouts and size of the apartments. However, I wish they were a little more updated. I put in work orders when we first moved in that are still not accomplished. The main door is at a very inconvenient place and nowhere near the parking lot. There is no elevator or any amenities. The maintenance staff are very friendly, but the manager does not seem to be very professional or friendly. Otherwise, the location is wonderful and I love living here.

very large apartments, nice layout. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors radio/tv.
