The grounds are not well maintained and the office staff do not respond to phone calls or concerns of residents.

I have experience so many flaws and difficulties living here. Such as no hot water sometimes, walls are paper thin. you can literally hear EVERYTHING and I meant EVERYTHING. I can't wait to move out. -we were moving my furnitures and a stuffs. And resident who lives under my apartment complained about us making noises & Apartment Manager told us not to make any noise. how do we move our stuffs without making any noise? so many flaws, but not enough space to write.

Our interior of our apartment complex is always dirty and unclean including the floors, laundry room, entrances and cigarette cans are always full and stink. Our caretaker is very unreliable and has no respect for our building and that is sad.

I was very satisfied with my time at this apartment, the amenities were more Han satisfactory, and the convenient location provided great access to my work as well as to freeway access.
