    Washers or dryers are always broken, and when they work the kiosk to load our cards is broken. They have us move our cars at 8 am and never plow\salt the lost (you WILL be towed if you fail to move), the apartment is consistently 77 degrees in the winter and if we open the window and a pipe bursts its our fault, they charge about 80 a month for trash water etc, on top of the 40 a week I spend washing my clothes, then you pay rent, garage and electricity. Parking is a nightmare. The newer managers are trying their best but this place is severely lacking. Some man drives around and looks in everyones windows on the first floor, Ive had people taking pictures of me, watching me from their balcony etc. 10/10 dont recommend. The caretakers are absolutely amazing though, all of them.

    Been here three years and I love it. Staffs are very respectful and over all understanding. This is the best place to be if you're looking for a place to raise your children, the kids are very friendly and respectful. My building has always been cleaned. There's a saying, if you mind the noise in the market you wouldn't buy a thing. I'm not being paid to rate this place, but this place is one of the best place to be in the Brooklyn Park/Center area. Some may see it as a negative place to be, but to me it's the best place to be. The maintenance here are awesome, palo and sam are very humble and does a very good job. Freda
