They Were Always On Top Of Management Issues When My Apartment Needed To Be Fixed, But I Am No Longer Living There, I Moved Into A House

I only moved due to my job and transportation, I loved living here. The office staff is really kind and professional they accommodated any and every request I had, along with maintenance. The maintenance staff are always around and seriously do any repairs needed. I never had an issue with pests at all. Neighbors were so nice, the building was really quiet and kept pretty clean. I would and have recommended these apartments to many people. There is soooooo much space in the apartment is is just really nice and super comfortable to live here.

The apartment are dirty, they don't come on time to fix anything, the 8457 building have a resident move in with a big snake while this building is full with little kids.

I must say regent apartments is fantastic. Good place to live in Brooklyn park. I heard so many negative things about this apartment before I moved in and I can confidently say it is a lie except they have upgraded their services. When I call for maintenance,they respond even when I thought they have forgotten my complaint. It is peaceful. The rental office calls me when I have deliveries. My only challenge is the central heat,my son and I gets dehydrated easily cos of that and I cannot but crack my windows open even if it's against their rules. Moved in end of September 2017 and no plans moving out until its time. Above all,I never thought I would get an apartment this reasonable and have peace If mind. Not crowdly,no noise ,no crazy neighbors. Lol!maybe am just fortunate. I live on the 3rd floor though so don't know about mice experience.
