Villa Del Coronado

DO NOT move here. The service and communication is terrible. The management is clueless and never does anything. They lie and are rude and harassing, but when you need assistance they are nowhere to be found. It is dirty and needs major updating. It was my understanding that my unit was remodeled before I moved in and it was far from. It was left dirty. The plumbing sucks, the outlets and heaters suck. The air conditioning sucks. The place, people and experience are horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This has been my place of residence since 2010. I must say it was everything that I hope for in an apartment complex setting. Dont get me wrong there have been a few ups and downs but lets be real how many of you out there hasn't had a few. Lets say some points may have been rough but not enough for me to say I want to move.

My rating is for the community, which was bad enough to give the rating. In a year living at Villa Del Coronado, I had to call the police on multiple occasions. I think this residence, however, is only subject to poor location. I had neighbors who were wonderful and understanding and the management was always prompt to help. I also, however, had loud, rude neighbors that would litter my property, wake me in the middle of the night, or copying property keys.
