    The walls are so thin, I can never get a good nights sleep due to inconsiderate noisy neighbors. Management can do nothing about it. I hate living here. Outdated equipment and their contract workers ruined our outside furniture and of course management wont do anything. Please do not live here. My family and I will be moving into a house where we dont have to deal with sharing walls and our property being destroyed. This place is the worst place Ive ever lived.

    One word. MICE. We were not informed of any mice problems. Not long after moving after in we found traps in a utility room. I have caught/seen MULTIPLE mice. A few have actually died and made my place smell horrible. We have contacted management multiple times and they said they would do something about it and never did. My cat is doing a better job than they are. Horrible.

    Response time to any concerns or maintenance problems were taken care of in a timely manner.

    Can not get office manager to return calls. Poor heating in unit and hard to get temp above 67 degrees. Called and complained several times, but maintenance looks at thermo stat and says everything is fine.

    I have constant problems with the neighbor above me. Their kid runs back and forth and she walks like an elephant. I have made numerous complaints to the office and they are unwilling to fix the problem. I have banged on my ceiling and they reply by being louder. They see my vehicle when I get home and they start up immediately making noise. It is for this reason I will not renew my lease and will tell everybody I know not to rent from here. I moved into a townhouse for a reason,

    We had bugs crawling all over our place and we have reported it to the office. They came out and treated the area but the problem remained. Also the fact that you don't have a screen door is not great, in the winter it gets super cold inside. For the same or slightly higher cost you can find a much better place to live.
