Overprice and garbage apt and they never fixed anything broke down the apt stay away this apt and the office not friendly manager

Carrington court is not the kind of place that a person walks into and thinks home at last! The management are seldomly in the office and when they are they are not helpful. The manager of the property is impolite , lacks professionalism, and in my opinion lacks consistency. When an office staff says that paying your rent on the 10th is not a problem, the manager turned the money away to file for eviction the next day . If she had already done this and the communication was lacking in their office ( how could problems not arise when staff is never there ?) I may have not been overtly aggressive with my talking with her . She had not filed and turned money away with all the late fees so she could put an eviction on our record . I am currently with an attorney because recorded my conversation with the staff saying it could be in on the 10th with late fees. Thank Goodness for cell phone recording.

ROACH INFESTATION . Carrington court its infested with roaches they are on the wall in the hallway in apartments. Roaches carry diseases its a health violation . I have plenty of pictures in different locations and times . Dont move here no one should have to pay to live with bugs its disgusting. Building 800 especially

GROSS! the worst in Burnsville. Prospective renter, u can do better!! Dirty, crime and theft, office refuses to help with anything and closes early almost everyday., They have there druggie favorites too....

Don't live here, every other day the dumpsters are overflowing with garbage

Its a very over priced apartment for what you get. Half way through the summer and the outside pool that you pay for every month is now shut down for the fourth time and on the hottest day of the year! The office people tell you one thing and then when you follow up on it, they deny everything that was previously said. I lived there for many years and when I first moved in there was a dead bush right next to the patio which they said they were gonna take care if but 5 years later it is still sitting there dead. The worst part is that there is a crack in the founding showing in the apartment and when they found out about it, they just painted over it! Find a better apartment and forget about this crappy place!
