        What ever you do please do yourself and your family a favor and do not rent here. I dealt with roaches and a infestation of mice that roamed the house in the daylight! When I moved out I had some stains in the carpet granted I had a 6 year old at the time. They charged me a grand total of $2,783 to replace the entire carpet that was already stained when I moved in. My deposit was $2,260.00 to move in they took it all and said I still owe them $768.00. I moved out on the 31st I received my invoice for the $768.00 on the 7th of the following month. One week later the 17th they sent my balance to collections never even calling me to arrange payments. I reached out to them and they ignored my phone calls. I now have mark on my credit that says I made $3,000.00 worth of damage to their property. I did a video walk through and everyone I showed including my attorney agreed it was not a substantial amount of damage. Now its close to impossible for me to find a home for my daughter and myself. The worst part is it all came about because I had a disagreement with one of their leasing agents. Her name was SANTA she is no longer an employee with this company but she had cause a great hardship for myself as I am a single mother. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY !! And if you would like to see the time stamped video walk through of my move out I will gladly show anyone who asks. They are ruining lives and now myself and my daughter my be homeless. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPLEX !!! You have been warned.
