This place is a joke. Theres constant noise from neighbors and when asking management to intervene, they say t Read Morehat the tenant has to talk to the people who we are complaining about directly. If its after 10:00 pm, call the police. The police can only do so much, especially if the noise settles when the cops arrive. Do your job management. They have harassed me about guests staying too long, theres always bugs (hoards, Im talking dozens, not 1 or 2) and management doesnt address it or forgets about it. Find a new place - this is a joke and a disgusting place to live.

We lived there for a year . Living at willow pond was very a disappointment from day 1 where to start... the l Read Moreist is very long:A few days after moving in, we noticed that the 3 guys from the management were spending a lot of time outside of our apartment , watching us. and when the kids were playing on the patio, and the toys were falling off the patio to the ground outside the apartment, they would talk to the kids rudely asking them to pick up the toys ( we are talking about young kids 5yrs, 3 yrs and 9 months old). We had to complain to the manager for them to stop.I asked the nice lady at leasing office if the carpet will be replaced because it didn't look nice to me and she replied that they will probably not replace it but promised that it will be nicely leaned . I remember her making the comment that it is probably better for me since I have kids. When we moved in, it was obvious that the carpet was not new but I would agree that it was nicely cleaned. So it was ok... To our disappointment when we received the final letter after their inspection ( can't remember how it is called...) We were charged for the replacement of the carpet ( about $2000.00)We were also charged for items left in the dumpster that were not ours, they didn't bother asking us of the items belonged to us, they just assumed and charged $50 by items. I asked to see the pictures , they apologized and remove them from the invoice. We were charged for using...the doorknobs, I asked why we were being charged for that. were they broken or changed, or anything..., the manager responded by saying :" because they look different from the ones we have installed in another apartment almost at the same time" . and she offered to remove that charge from the invoice when the amount will be fully paid, the total amount almost $3000 in 6 months installments !!!!The manager is awful and has always a fake smile on her face, run away , dont go there.
