Better than the previous Management however rent has gone up dramatically since Recor Ltd bought the propertie Read Mores. Rent last year jumped 9.2% and this year another 8.2% for our next year lease. They said it was because they were undervalued to properties in Woodbury. Cottage grove is not Woodbury and while the area price market on real-estate is rising quickly the amenities in unit are not comparable to newer unites in Woodbury asking $1300+ . **The units at Hinton heights do not have central air, all units have base board heating, most have old cabinets and out dated appliances, the ones that have been renovated have been done with cheap cabinets. Old carpet in half of the unit and new in others, Poor water quality, bad neighborhood on the other side of the chain link fence ( car break in and theft often). Also, Poorly kept blacktop & not secure.****The staffing is great, miles better than before. & in no way is this review a reflection of them at all. The company that bought the property is out of touch with the clientele and the specific area that they are catering to. Without serious investment in quality materials in the units and culturing a healthy/ safe environment for the tenants & lets not forget water that does not taste like 3-M's waste then YES more of the tenants would be happy to pay the extra $2700 hike since they took over. And yes the rates will go up again next year too.

We are updating and renovating our apartments, to reflect the new market rental rates. We wish to provide our residents with our very best! We have successfully maintained a 97%-98% occupancy rate! Maintaining a high percentage of occupancy demonstrates that our market rent pricing is accurate and fair for the current rental market. We are excited for our future!
Pavement is horrible condition, ton of pot holes. Kitchen appliances are old and outdated.

Deck area and pool were always clean, staff was amazing, repairs were always done in a timely manner.
