I love living at LINCOLN PARC. We have been here seven years! I never thought I'd live in a apartment this lon Read Moreg. I stay because it's location is everything! Right in the heart of Eden Prairie. Close to freeway accesses as well as a lot of stores and businesses. I lived in the uptown area Minneapolis for many years and thought I would hate the suburbs. But I was wrong! The current management and staff are kind and friendly. They are doing a great job on keeping the building updated. Also I know all my neighbors in the section of the building that we live in and it feels like a community!

It is a borderline case but I will still rate it Good. Office staff is responsive to your complaints and takes Read More timely action. Common areas are still beaten up. Need to be updated and cleaned regularly.

Rent continues to go up, but nothing comes out of it. They find added fees in literally anything they can - p Read Moreaying online instead of a check? An insane CC fee. The building is not secure, as the doors do not lock a lot of the time. They are not including parking or storage in rent any more, but do not have enough parking outside of building. Sometimes parking is taken by nearby businesses. The pool/hot tub is closed half the time and the gym is not new. Office turnover happens frequently.

Thank you for review we really appreciate the feed back. We're in the process of renovating the property completely, including fitness center, pool area, new party room, all building hallways with new fresh paint, new carpeting and lighting. All residents can pay online free of charge with checking or saving account plus can drop off a check or money order at our leasing whichever is more convenience to our residents. Building exterior doors are controlled access with a access card system.
