    Sorry. Not worth the rent they are now asking. Signed a 6 month lease and am looking for something else. This is most definitely not a $1000 a month apartment. Not even close.

    I enjoy the people and the idea that there are no kids running in the halls, this is a 55 or older building. It was just the type of place I was looking for.

    too much smoke in the building, I'm not a smoker so I notice when my apartment smells of smoke because of the neighbors that smoke. Haven't been able to leave my windows open when the weather is nice because of the smokers right below me.

    I, the daughter of Lorie Valley, is the renter at Sterling Ponds. I have a comfortable apartment and very nice fellow residents. I have lived here for 4 years and can't imqgine living anywhere else.

    The building was always clean. Pool was closed way too soon. I can't remember the gals name in the office-short, dark hair, thought she was "all that" I caught her in lies so many times. I wanted to upgrade to a two bedroom and she gave me all sorts of excuses. She finally succeeded in pushing me out.
