    The amount of smoking on this property and the fact that management allows it (and smokes themselves) makes this apartment building absolutely intolerable. You can't open your windows in the summer because of the smoke coming in. You can't use any bathroom cabinets because smoke comes through the pipes. People smoke inside during the winter causing the hallways to smell terrible and the smoke to seap into other apartments.

    The staff is always there when you need them. They are friendly. They keep the building and the grounds maintained very well.

    Very old apartment, not at all well maintained. Grounds poorly maintained as far as snow, etc... Garages wet and flood with inches of standing water. Property manager very sour and confrontational when alerting to an issue. Thin walls, poor construction, door handles, locks in poor working order. Carpet very old and worn. Apartments smell of old style cigarettes and ?

    They had pools for a couple of their bulilding's that were next to each other, well while I was there they shut the one outdoor pool down and moved everyone to the one I lived at which made it tough to use it with all the kids. They had more kids at the other building. It was convient to Lake Minnetonka only 10 minutes to walk over, which was real nice. The units were clean and well kept also.

    Secluded. Pretty quiet. Courteous and friendly neighbors. Prompt in fulfilling maintenance requests. Maintenance staff very friendly and courteous. Wonderful neighborhood. Pre-painted apartments really give them a cozy feel. Management is kind of chilly in terms of friendliness, but I can't complain about the job they do. My biggest complaint/judgement is that if they invested a little more time and money in maintaining and upgraded the units it would really make this place stand out.
