They are plowing the lot and they have everyone park on the street, theres no street parking close with having 360 apartments. Therefore you have to walk a long way and the windchill is -30 they block all entrances with trucks all day from 9 to 5, they should have a shuttle service on snow plow days, also you cannot park on the street overnight or you will get towed. Your only allowed to receive mail from the postman and packages from the office if your name is on the lease otherwise your package will not be delivered. Spa is out of service frequently. Other than that its a good place to live, Violet is awesome!

I would have to start of by saying the apartments themselves are not too bad. But the management that is currently running the apartment is in need of repairs. They have spend a lot of money on upgrades to the apartments recently. New roofs, new windows (that unfortunately still leak air through them and need plastic in the winter), new wash machines that are free, and new hallway carpeting. They may want to look at who they are awarding the contracts to though as the work is not the best. Brand new windows leaking air and tears in the new carpets from the installers themselves. The management is poor. They have almost no customer service. After leaving voicemails and emails we never got a response. We were charged $75 for not vacuuming up the party room, no vacuum is provided and the rules stating this were not given to us nor were they posted in the room. Offered to come clean the bathrooms and was denied. Seemed like they just wanted our money. At first they tried to take all $200.The amenities are nice but almost not worth using as there are so many rules to using them. The summary of my experience is that the apartments are nice but management needs help. Customer service is nonexistent. Be wary of renting here. We have rented in the past and this was by far our worst experience ever.

My family and I love living here. Our kids love everything that Springbrook has to offer. Thank you so much for everything you are doing to make this a better place for my family and I to live. We do have a few complaints. My kids take the bus to school from Springbrook. The office staff have sent out many letters to all of us that live here that warn us about speeding and watching out for children. Maybe the staff need to read their own letters. Megan the property manager is constantly speeding through in her truck. She needs to read all these notes and slow down! My second complaint, is the office staff. Violet is great! Every time my kids or someone else enters the office she is the first to say hi even when she is busy. Megan and the new girl sit at their desks with their noses in their computers with no acknowledgment of any of us residents. The maintenance staff are amazing! I called in for a work order and they were here in two day! Very polite, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy and satisfied! The women that cleans our building is constantly cleaning and keeping our building looking great! It is nice to see the staff clean up trash! My kids get excited when they can help them by cleaning up too! For the most part everyone working here is great! We highly recommend living here and try to only work with Violet. She knows what she's talking about! I warn you! Steer clear of the rest of the office staff!!!!

Maintenance is poor. There are broken lights in the hallway, pond has trash that no one cleans. Loud music, loud music. I think they need more screening with tenants.
