I'd finalized this apartment complex and got a tour of the property by Kelsey. Layout was excellent, all steel Read More appliances, heat included, 1 car parking underground included, clubhouse looks fabulous. Pool is quite small but the gym is well equipped. I decided not to proceed as we found another apartment closer to downtown which reduced the commute for my wife. For $1488 including a full size washer dryer was a good deal.

It's a great place to live. We love the location, and its getting even better with restaurants and other busin Read Moreesses opening nearby. We're 10 mins from downtown. Kitchen is updated, and makes for a great living experience. Smoke free building means no issues opening windows. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Building management is great, and looks after the place and people well. Rent is on the higher side, but with heated garage spots and the location, it's worth it!

I have been a tenant here for several years, and while the facilities are in fair condition (a non-smoking and Read More no-dog property), they're drastically outdated. Maintenance is quick/responsive, but very little is done to proactively improve the overall resident experience/amenities, particularly with newer residential units being built nearby. In-unit appliances are fine but with management consistently raising rent each year ~6%+, well over inflation/standard COL, why pay more for less and less?

Some of the other residents in the apartment are loud and inconsiderate. However staff have always taken my co Read Morencerns seriously. We've also had minor complaints about the actual apartment we live in. A lot of minor things have happened, such as the door falling off the hinges, the drains becoming clogged, and our heaters being either over zealous or not workin. At all.

The apartments are newly remodeled with new appliances both kitchen and laundry. Having an in unit laundry is Read Morea huge plus for me and the fact that it is full size makes it even better. The kitchen is large and spacious which is also great for cooking. The building is also quiet, I do not get bothered by the neighbors at all, and everyone seems to be generally respectful in terms of noise levels. My main cons are the hvac systems. They are dated with window ac units and radiant floor heaters.
