Jen and Jake are awesome and are always quick to help with whatever is needed. Xenia got a bad rap during construction but now that it’s completed this place is amazing. They have some of the better amenities you can find and the parking is the best.

I have been living at Xenia for 3 months and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It took one tour with the help of Jake and I was ready to sign the lease. The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests (they even helped put my curtains up and mounted my tv). The amenities are top-notch, including gym, pool, community lounge, grilles, rooftop and the work station, which make living here feel like a luxury. The complex is always clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is perfect, with easy access to, public transportation, shopping centers. Overall, I highly recommend Xenia Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Absolutely disgusting!! Mold and mildew everywhere!! Be careful!! Management is hiding this problem and actively try to get reviews taken down that talk about the mold and mildew!! Stay away from this building!!
