Lots of turnover with the property managers. Guest parking is a joke, they have temp passes and 8 spots for guests to park overnight. My partner was towed out of a GUEST spot this year and they did nothing about it other than sorry not sorry. Office is closed on weekends and only open M-F during regular working hours (when normal people have jobs, go figure). They stopped allowing package delivery to your door and lock packages up in the office over the weekend. Been burned on that and have been unable to get important items delivered to me when needed due to their hours. Definitely a problem when you receive medication via the mail that makes one a functional human being. Needs serious overhaul. While the apartments are renovated, the paint needs resurfacing, one can tell that its been painted over 200 times over the last 30 years. Bathrooms need to be updated, chose the worst paint color for the walls, and should just pull out all the carpet and either get new stuff or laminate floor the whole place. Also need some soundproof flooring or padding, sounds like elephants in the apartments on the second floor. Should get with the times and allow for keyless entry into the building, especially when carrying a ton of stuff up to your apartment. Invest in some landscaping, a fitness center, and some onsite storage for residents. If the office wont allow packages to be delivered to my door, then they should have an on-site locker system so I can access them at anytime. Really inconvenient currently. The new property manager is the worst. Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, passive aggressive. Does not treat residents well. Hard to get good help around here. But, the maintenance staff here are incredible. They have done all my requests same day and are so kind and considerate. They do fantastic work around the complex. Stop towing people, get more guest spots, make package delivery and pickup convenient, and for the love of god, hire a competent manager

I have lived here for 9 years and they treat me like crap. Avoid this place like the plague, they have raised my rent against my signed lease 4 times, you have to hold them accountable for the lease you sign. I don't even know my manager after this much time, there is a new one every 6 months .Leaving after this lease is up. They suck. I an happy to lose my $600 deposit and I paid them $1200 just to move in. No service no loyalty.They installed a dishwasher that I have never used and charged me for it. You have no choice here.

The apartments are nice, newly renovated with a contemporary theme. Buildings are quite yet noise from units above can be very loud, you can hear footsteps, water running and conversations at times.
