I don't personally have a problem with things. But there's nothing super great that stands out. I do like a lo Read Moret of my neighbors. But the current office staff isn't the same as the previous staff who I really liked. The current staff is okay. The prices of rent also sound like they are going up, which is driving a lot of people out.

I moved in to SouthView Gables in 2014 and had nothing but great things to say about the management company at Read More that time. As of 2015 the management company has changed and I cannot stress enough how the quality has changed (for the worse). The management company is lackluster, they push back on fixing things or doing things properly when it comes to the property.

Expensive for the quality of living. Outdated decor. Office staff was standoffish when attempting to renew our Read More lease. They are good with package receiving. Garage leaks when it rains. Hot water occasionally goes out in the winter. Lots of dogs with behavioral problems. Other residents are lazy and/or greedy - they don't return carts, put garbage in the garbage room instead of the chute, prop doors open, etc.

As long time resident since 2005 we've seen one company after another come in and promise change that never to Read Moreok place. In 2015 another group bought this place and again gave us a new management staff. I do admit many new changes are taking place, but nothing has been done to the interior living space for which most of our rent money goes towards. I blame the constant changes of the past owners and poor management and can only hope this new outfit is more than Smokey mirrors.
