Moved in here several months ago because rent is lower than most in the area, and it's clear why now. The building and units are VERY dated, to the point they have wallpaper, carpet and arches that are from the 70s. The parking lot accommodates about half the units in the buildings. The garbage and recycling are overflowing after only a few days. The "dog area" is filled with mole hills and a large ditch that is covered with a patio brick. The "pond" out back is covered in algae and stinks when it is the least bit warm outside. Anytime a service request is entered, they mark it as "resolved" within 24 hours, disregarding the fact that nothing has been done to address the issue. There are 2 washers and dryers per building, with 24+ units in each building. The machines are constantly out of order or tell you the load is "unbalanced." If you contact the office, they tell you to contact the laundry company, instead of dealing with repeated issues. None of the buildings are secure, as obvious by the pry marks on all of the security doors. The sidewalks are constantly a hazard, being uneven and not regularly shoveled. The manager is polite, but dismissive of any service requests. When I toured the building, she was over an hour and a half late, with no call telling me she would be late.

Management is terrible. You might get ahold of the manager if your lucky seeing as there is no office on site. They tow tenants vehicles and instead if reimbursing the 330$ they say it out of their hands. Had a pipe burst and water filled my kitchen and got under the carpet. I expressed my concerns for mold but they said nothing they can do because they weren't going to put new carpet in. My apartment has a constant musty smell. Rent is raised every opportunity they get with no improvements to the property except a couple of plants. If you have options I do not recommend moving here. Way over priced and horrible management.

It's a great place to live in, spacious & clean, was a reasonably price until our lease was over and if we wanted another year lease the rent went up so that's the only reason why we decided to move out, I liked how all season theirs were no mice...

Before I moved in the apartment was painted, had new carpeting installed and also had kitchen upgrades made to it. It's very clean and fresh. The complex is quiet which I love. I work odd shifts and sometimes need to sleep during the day which is never a problem because it's quiet. The building is clean and the caretaker/super always follow through quickly and efficiently with requests.

I lived in this apartment with a roommate, so the rent was reasonable. However, the previous manager (who got fired right before I left) was always cranky and made me feel like a huge inconvenience any time I would call about something. The utility man on-site (who I believe is still there) who I had to call to fix things in our apartment (and there were a lot, due to cheap blinds, cheaper closet doors that kept falling off) was not personable. Also, occasionally I did not feel safe in that area
