Local Reviews

I like everything like stores nerby restaurant cafes and especially movie theaters good place for new familys and kids

Grocery stores are not far from my house, good restaurants and very welcoming neighbors. Good rated schools

Friendly neighbors, quiet most of the time and really nice environment overall, it's pretty rare to have snow around here cause we do live in Houston so that explains alot

We have a large walking trail one block over. We also have a country barbecue and bar just down the streets. There are a wide variety of fast food and dine-in restaurants two blocks over.

friendly neighbors for one that are always helpful. We share food. We sit in driveway on nice days and have a drink together. Near by groceries and shopping. Great choice of restaurants that are short driving distance.

My neighborhood has a park and tennis court. And it has a really nice pool which is open in the sumner
