If youre a dog owner, you will feel tricked. Dog poop all over this peppery and in the dog park that never gets picked up by other owners or by maintenance. You likely wont event actually want to use the dog park because its so filthy and smelly in there. Nobody picks up after their pets, its awful. The noise coming from the highway is also super loud and its hard to sleep at night sometimes because of it. Youll need some ear plugs or youll need to turn on some music to drown out the noise. The homeless issue is one to watch out for too. The area is a homeless hot spot and they like to hang out around the building and sneak inside at night to sleep. Theres more going on that you dont find out until after. This is just a few of my concerns.
