My husband I have lived here for a little over two years and it is a very nice apartment complex. The staff are both friendly and responsive, and the property is always well kept. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a HUGE plus and each floor plan offers ample closet space. In addition, having underground heated parking has been very convenient. The only two downfalls are (1) One side of each unit faces 35-E and the freeway noise can be a bit loud; and (2) they do not allow any pets. The area is filled with great walking/running paths so it would be awesome if they allowed small dogs. Otherwise, living here has been great and we've never encountered any issues whatsoever.

For the price the apt was large but the apartment itself was very basic and the appliances were functioning but could've been newer. I had to pay extra for a washer and dryer. The pool, workout areas and community room were comfy and well equipped. I was not happy with the way the property manager handled my complaints about roaches. I apparently was the only one who complained so she automatically assumed I was the one who brought them which I didn't.

Nice space, staff, and building. Overall it was very quiet and most residents kept to themselves.

The staff is very friendly. If you need something done, they're usually very prompt when you're in need of repairs as well. Its a great community to live in.

We had 14 mice from a hole in the wall leading directly outside. Took them months to actually patch the hole and when they did the mice had already moved inside and were living between the walls. After waiting weeks for them to come and kill the mice and repair the holes in the walls that were allowing the mice into our bedrooms, they simply sprayed poison in the walls and patched them shut. This caused out apartment to smell like dead mice. Management finally came and sucked the dead mice out.

The building is kept very clean as well as the grounds. I have never had an issue with noise in the years living here.
