The location and layout are fantastic. The building is nice and modern with large rooms and the front desk lad Read Moreies are amazing. Yet there are two downsides that will prevent me from staying. The first is the thin ceilings in my area. I don't want to speak for the whole building, but you have to become a heavy sleeper in some parts. The second is that there have been ongoing thefts. Within the first month my locked bike in the underground parking was stolen. There hasn't been much of a response to the continuing problem, so it is concerning.

The 24 hour staff (all shifts, all staff) are outstandingly friendly! The first floor is always fresh and cle Read Morean, the gym area is always maintained and the outdoor common/pool/grill area is always clean. I cannot wait to see once dead grass is replaced and the bright green surroundings will complete the fabulous landscape!

Everything is perfect except parking. We only have 1 underground spot but 2 cars. The one who parks above grou Read Morend pretty much has to be home by 7pm on weekdays (and around 3pm on weekends) to get a spot in the lot. It would be fine if there were more street parking, but that's pretty full too most of the time.

Great location. On the greenway and close to Calhoun. At times parking can be very difficult to impossible.

1. The moving in location is not good. You literally walk through where people let their pets use the bathroom Read More on the grass to move your stuff in. 2. I can't sit on my porch at night there's a super bright light that shines up onto the side of the building that's intense and rather blinding to look at. 3. The 4th floor is always to cold in the hallway in the summer. 4. I pay a ton of money for a small place. 5. I had to switch my cell phone provider in order to get service inside my apartment.
