I haven't had many issues and if I need maintenance it is taken care of quickly. The location is great and good size place for the money.

The building is poorly (cheaply) constructed with thin walls and floors; the "fitness center" is a half-hearted attempt to resemble a gym, with equipment that is not kept up-to-date; residents leave trash everywhere, many are loud and discourteous to their neighbors, and there is no apparent ramifications for violating noise rules; accommodations for bikes is very poor; no available storage space beyond a cramped coat closet; central A/C is only available in some units.

My apartment is perfect for me. I have been VERY happy since I moved in and looking forward to the years to come. It is quiet most of the time and the building is kept very clean inside and out.
