    this property is very beautiful! it has assigned parking spaces for the tenants, a small Grill outdoors with a picnic table. a little Library where you trade in unwanted books for books that are new to you. It has security cameras, plenty of bike racks, and it's walking distance from the Light Rail and multiple bus lines. there's a Walgreens and CVS within walking distance. the Landscaping is very beautiful and very well maintained.
