I lived at Heritage Landing for two years. The management team is incompetent and disrespectful, especially Cindy. I was hoping to move to a larger unit at the end of my second lease, and the management team did not follow up or follow through with promises during my search within the building. They treated me like I was an inconvenience to them the entire time and leased the unit to someone else without notice. When I put in my intent to vacate notice Cindy began calling and emailing me incessantly for several days asking me to complete an inessential form with an arbitrary deadline that she made up even though I had fulfilled the notice requirement outlined in my lease terms. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I told the team I was not comfortable with showings of my unit while still living there & they acknowledged that request. However, a week later, after just getting out of the shower in my apartment, UNANNOUNCED, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM UNLOCKED MY FRONT DOOR AND BEGAN TO ENTER, until I yelled Stop. No knock. No email. No warning or notice that someone would be entering my apartment that day. They were breaking and entering into my home. When I called upper management to talk about the incident, they said Whoops, our mistake not even considering the fear and loss of security in my own home that I experienced. I am a single woman who heard several men about to enter her home without permission or any warning. The management team does not care about people or the wellbeing of their residents. I will not be renting in another property managed by StuartCo again. Very loud building, you can hear everything in the hallways and adjacent neighbors. The carpet is gross the drains do not drain. Management determines when the heat is turned on, the apt is freezing during late September and October. The building shakes a lot and you can feel it, lots of cracks in the walls. There are much better buildings in the North Loop to live in. I suggest looking elsewhere.

It's a nice place, office very helpful, any maintenance was taken care of within 24 hours.
