    I have been living here for quite some time now. Everything was good but things changed after Covid happened. More and more time I spent here, I realized how under maintained this place is. The carpet smells, the vents are dirty and filthy in the hallways. Elevators are always smelling of marijuana. If you bring it up to the management, all you get is they con't help much because it's hard to pinpoint from where it's coming from. The heating and AC is one the most idiotic set up they have. You can only have one at a time and they wait for the temperature to reach 50 degree (low) to turn the AC so don't be surprised if you apartment is 80 in the afternoon with the sun. There is no way to break the lease. No matter if you lose your job, or have to move or having personal issues, there is no early termination fees You have to pay through the whole lease term. They used to have a option where they out your apartment on market and if they end up getting a candidate they used to let you put of the lease but they don't have that anymore. I guess too many people wanting to leave made them change this rule.

    They actually try their hardest to accommodate. staff was the nicest I've ever meet. 10out of 10 will recommend again. Plus with all the amenities you're getting a way better price than the another apartments. When I walked in and saw a washer dryer unit I just about fainted.

    This place is shady and I should have trusted my gut. Their apartments are dingy, dirty and under-maintained. They engaged in bait-and-switch by showing an apartment supposedly identical to the available units (since available units are not available for viewing because it is occupied). My units weren't properly cleaned, the carpet was atrocious and broken blinds were replaced. I felt like I was moving into a slum building. I literally broke out in hives during the short time of my move. When I reached out to the property manager, their expectation is on the tenants to make all possible accommodations and concessions: Can I move all my stuff out so they can clean the carpet? Can I take off work because "some conversations must be in person"? There is not an ounce of human decency, understanding and remorse coming from the property management. Long story short, I would have been better off camping in the woods and burned my money for warmth than choosing this dump. This place is hazardous to your health.

    They are very responsive to issues. Someone is always available (e.g., great security). They have elevators and you can "rent" a cart for free. The building and garage are well-maintained. They have regular maintenance on HVAC. Appliances are in great working condition. Location is terrific - near grocery store, convenience store, restaurants and entertainment. The only thing that is difficult is that none of the buildings are connected to each other or the skyway.

    The taking out of the trash at 6am MWF is disruptive to my sleep and inappropriate. There should be a later time in which this should be handled.
