I found the staff to be extremely helpful & I had a wonderful experience staying there. I felt very secure in the building and never had any issues with any of my neighbors. Most importantly, when I had any sort of maintenance issue it was addressed immediately, which I really appreciate.

I wish I could give it a 0 star, and this is from someone loyally lived there for about 5 years without making any troubles. let's start with the parking ramp, I lost my bike in the ramp, and the management claimed it is not their responsibility. I didn't make a big deal out of it. I moved on with the lost. Then, when it came to my moving out in this March, the management decided to shut down the larger elevator 2 days before my move out date. I went to talk to the manager see if they could offer any help, and she got angry/agitated on me for asking for help and made it sound like it was my fault to decide to move out during their elevator renovation. I turned in the move out notice 2 months ago. Guess what, the moving company I hired increased the price because they had to carried the coach and mattress from the 5th floor to first floor on stairs. I moved on with this lost. I was generally happy I was out of this miserable place. Then, today, 3 weeks after I moved out, I got a letter from the management told me that not only they are not going to return my deposit, but also I own them about $400 for discoloration and knife marks on the counter which knife cut were there when I moved in 5 years ago. About the discoloration of counter top, i lived there for 5 years, even if I never touch the counter top, the color will fade away. your counter top isn't made of diamond/gold. it is plastic. On top of that, they were planning to renovate the whole room anyway, but their bloody greedy heart think they can squeeze more money out of me for the last time. So do yourself a big favor, read this comment, have a laugh, save your trouble by finding a different place.

1 BR was smaller than anticipated with added costs, but the building seems well maintained.
