Twin Lakes Apartments

**Unreasonable landlord; refused to fix a noisy, nonworking air conditioner for 3 years. Summers were absolutely brutal, and he refused to fix or replace despite neighbors attempts to speak with him about this. **Landlord extremely hard to get ahold of, frequently out of town, and rarely responds to phone calls. **He charged me--a struggling single mom--$700 post-moveout for areas I know I cleaned well; refused my attempts to contact him; and gave me a bad reference on my next apartment app.

Greg, the owner, is awesome and is always helpful no matter what the issue is. The building is well-maintained and the units have all been recently renovated. There's a wide range of ages and ethnicities in this building but everyone is polite and friendly.
