    Its classic charm for being built in 1951 results in drafty, leaky windows, underpowered radiators for even a small studio unit, and plenty of bugs finding ways in from April to September. Personally, I cant stand bugs, and Ive had to find my worst enemies... centipedes and big hairy spiders. There are also millipedes constantly crawling towards the door on the pavement outside, and they do get in but they die quickly. But Ive seen a couple large (long-lived) centipedes in the basement laundry room and the storage locker unit. Several in my unit as well. Also, dont keep anything nice in the storage units, itll leak in the Spring and add a nice layer of water and mold to anything close to the floor. The water is also pretty hard to get warm suring the winter, and (TMI) the toilets clog pretty easily. Not recommended, particularly now that this place, due to increasing rent each year (about $50/year), this isnt much cheaper than anything else in this area. The street were on stinks too, because its constantly busy with now traffic control to get out onto Minnetonka BLVD in the morning when youre running behind to work, so plan an extra 5 minutes just to wait for an opening in either direction.

    Its a great place to live for the amount that I pay. The only complaint is that the washers/dryers frequently don't work.
