There was very poor outdoor lighting especially at night. Outdated and damaged applicances and cupboards. Clea Read Morenliness level of building was poor, also with he apartment itself; when I had moved in originally we spent an extra 8 hours cleaning the apartment from grease build up on cupboards in the kitchen to mildew build up in the shower. When the office was confronted with the issue the excuse I recieved was that the care taker was having a bad day.. There was no compensation from the office..

If you are looking for a cheap safe place to live in the mounds view area, this is it. There is nothing specia Read Morel here. You will get the bare essentials at a good price. It is clean secure and for the most part drama free. There are no amenities here, accept the option for a garage. Maintenance does respond usually within 24hours for repairs. Sometimes it takes them a few visits before they will replace something. Rather than just taking care of it the 1st time. Overal a good value for low $$.

Maintenance responds quickly to problems but sometimes does poor job, i.e a water leak in my ceiling was fix Read Moreed but was resealed while insulation was soaking wet.
My building is fairly quiet. Other buildings seem to have a lot of noise and police presence.
Common areas - entry and hallways are infrequently cleaned. Tile floors are usually filthy.
Lots of parking in lot. No individual garages, indoor garage spaces are expensive.
Snow is shoveled, the crabgrass and weed lawn is mowed.
