      Nice place to live! Quiet, well maintained. The best part is the super staff in the office. I met Carrie when she showed me the property. She continues to be super friendly, helpful and fun! She always has a treat for my little dog when we visit the office. Highly recommended!

      The staff and residents are great. Friendly helpful. I love living there. I have meet new people who are now friends. And the staff has been there whenever I needed something fixed or changed.

      Old appliances, old cupboards, old fixtures! The apts were quiet though! Neighbors smoked in their garage so it always smelled like smoke in our garage.

      Next to a busy street Appliances in poor condition/ break easily Office Staff left a lot to be desired Not enough insulation/ noise issues Smoking permitted indoors

      Was told prior to moving in the apartment would be updated - granite, s s appliances, flooring and bathrooms redone. None of this was completed.
