      There is nothing really special about the place. The parking is very limited. the office staff seem to be relatively care free about certain subjects regarding tenants. Narrow halls for moving stuff.

      The change in the parking policy felt like it was a poor solution to a problem than should involve the apartment investing in more parking.

      The apartments are nice, clean, and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

      I stayed at Lancaster Village for 1 year, while a resident I experienced a horrible smell in my front closet. I called the office a few times regarding the smell and they did tend to it promptly but it still was there. The property was neat and clean but I did not enjoy my apartment.
