Today, I arrive home from work out of state mind you, and I find a Blue Subaru parked in the parking space that I pay for in the garage, stall 77. Did I say, the stall that we pay for, $50 a month. I report the incident to the maintenance worker since the office is closed after 6pm. I was told by the maintenance worker to park in stall 72 of which someone was parked in that spot also a White Mitsubishi Outlander. So where do I end up parking, outside! This is not the first incident or issue we have had living here of which we moved in May 1, 2019 with good credit and rent is paid on time every month so this is not one of those post. Installed security system of which office was informed and maintenance guy enters without using given code. Lack of communication. Issues listed on the move in form are still not addressed. Enough is enough. I thought since this place close to 494 would be decent, respectable, but are we surprised. The noise that goes on during the weekend is outrageous. All of these issues have been reported without resolution. So choose wisely, we are considering breaking our lease and paying the associated fees.

Do you like paying for your neighbors electric bill? Do you like coming home to written warnings for infractions that had nothing to do with you? Do you like excessive move-out fees? If yes, then Willow Creek is the place for you.
While living at Willow Creek this past year, I experienced extraordinarily inconsiderate apartment management.
In May of last year my electric bill jumped from $29 to an average of $143 monthly. This is around twice what I ever paid in my previous 2800 square foot house. I went to Willow Creek management who advised that the air conditioners are old and not efficient and I should consider keeping the thermostat set at a higher temperature. After months of super high utility bills and several attempts to remedy the situation with uncooperative management, Xcel recommended that I flip the breaker on my air conditioner and see if any neighbors come running. And guess what? Maintenance stopped by shortly thereafter and confirmed that my neighbors air conditioners were not working, and confirmed that their ACs were on my electrical circuit, which means that I had indeed been paying for my neighbors electricity usage. The apartment management offered me a trifle $115 rent credit, which would have been equivalent to one months usage, however there were five months in which I paid for my neighbors electricity. For how many tenants before me had they allowed this to occur?
One day I came home to a formal warning for excessive noise. I had been gone camping at the time of said incident. Did apartment management have the consideration to contact me or look into the allegation prior to issuing the warning? No. They decide to hand these sorts of warnings out with no consideration for good tenants who work hard to pay the rent on time and be a good neighbor. I had to request management retract the infraction to keep my clean rental record in good shape.
For your sake, I hope you choose to live elsewhere!

The current management staff seem to be taking a real interest in turning things around - maintenance issues, grounds, security, trouble tenants. I have full confidence that they will get things turned around to comfortable living vs always wondering what is going on here. Really love the new management staff and their professional demeanor.

In my time here, they have transitioned from a few office managers and each one has been different in how things get done here. The most recent to join has been very positive in the changes the building needs. It appears to be getting better again.

hallways constantly smelled of either hot tuna or pickles. Mainly Indians who lived there and they thought they were better than everyone. Also, filed multiple noise complaints about a neighbor who had their Skype volume all the way up and I could hear everything they were talking about. Nothing was ever done about it.
