Place is really going down hill! Maintenance and cleanliness is terrible to say the least and rent is outrageous for what you get

Wow.. with all the negative reviews and outrageous rent prices will look elsewhere especially if there is vicious dog breeds as I have little children. Dont they know that the service animal laws changed in 8/2018? Its now against the law to pass off a companion dog as a service animal as well as therapy dogs will pass on this place.

Why are the sidewalks never shoveled?? They used to be!! No one takes care of this place. We pay for these things that never happen. Do not move here. Sidewalks are never shoveled or treated and the parking lot is a mess.

there's supposed to be a pet waste policy in place here, but it's not being enforced. there are literally at least 20 piles of dog excrement at the side entrance of the building. people aren't picking up after there dogs and the managers don't care. both the outside and the inside trash cans are always full. i'm not talking about the dumpsters. i'm talking about the trash cans. sidewalks aren't getting shoveled and now that its warmer it melts during the day and freezes at night and no salt or sand or treatment of any kind is being put down. the hallways are a mess. i try to have tunnel vision as i come and go from my paartment but it's not always easy to overlook some of this stuff when it's so glaringly obvious.

OMG the mismanagement is ridiculous. People have no skills to deal with their tenants. They are rude and do no snow removal and then "inspect" your apartment for reasons to cite you for things . . . especially if you complain about anything. Not a good place and despite their saying so, they are not dog friendly. There are no grounds to walk dogs.

If you like being targeted when you complain about something, then this is your place. Try paying 1540 a month and then having management tell you you should be grateful for what little snow removal they do!!!!! Really? Seriously? Didn't I pay for that with my rent???? How about NO response from management -- EVER on anything. Worst place ever.
