    I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now and it has been real good. The only problem with the apartments is that many of the apartments/townhomes are old and have a bit of draft. The staff and maintenance personnel are extremely friendly and prompt. I like the proximity of the apartments to offices and schools. The ONLY reason I would leave this apartment would be due to the draft and noise of the heating/cooling systems installed inside the apartments.

    Being next to the pool, the noise level is high at times from the outside. New renters may want to ask which unit they are moving into. The office has a really good hours and you have the flexibility to pay on time until the 5th day of the month. I wished the quarter machine for the laundry was not located in the office, but in a laundry room for after hour quarter needs. They are continuously fixing things and your maintenance request are done. You will have a small kitchen.

Many of the units offer large private patios or decks. Individual garages are available at a reasonable fee. Outdoor amenities include swimming pool, sundeck and patio with gas grill. Conveniently located adjacent to city park, playground area, ball fields and tennis courts. We are only ten minutes to Downtown Minneapolis. The MTC Express Bus is also available nearby.
