Terrible management. This place should be torn down. I lived here for 4 years because it was cheap and the location is convenient with quick highway access. I was too busy to relocate, but I should have moved out on day one. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else. There are major plumbing issues, bugs, mold, package theft, cars constantly being broken into, cops called frequently, fire alarms being pulled requiring late night evacuation, power outages, broken washer/dryers, unsecured doors, overflowing dumpsters. If you have mold allergies this is not the place for you. The amenities are always broken. And the management does not care whatsoever. In fact, if you tell them something is wrong they will just get defensive. They made multiple accounting errors on my bill, then told me I paid late. I had autopay, but because they never updated my renewed lease amount in the computer, they undercharged me the first two months of rent. Trying to negotiate with them is like arguing with a rock. The leasing agents and manager are all incredibly condescending and rude. Even my new landlord said commented on their lack of professionalism and poor documentation.

this is something that a lot of people read and if there is something lacking I believe that someone should take heed especially if there are pests and such. How do people or owners expect to have happy tenants if the very place they are renting sure does not care about the tenants i especially was taken in by the look of the pictures shown and when reading issues and the way people were expressing their issues it will make someone think twice about moving to a place that clearly is not a friendly place to live. I guess they need to employ me as i'm the one to get ship done so if anyone in a position to hire a resident go to person that would be me and i would take on the challenges that a lot of these tenants have real concerns about ...just saying...

Yes I will say customer service, not a manger in site. One person says one thing, you go back a couple of days and it's completely different. So many packages just "missing". Had to have my packages delivered to a friends house. This entire year I work from home listening to 66th and Penn Ave traffic. They wouldn't let us switch out the apartment. Even with their $300 fee. Don't move in especially in building E! That's my honest opinion go in with your eyes open!! If you are on the 1st flood good luck listening to people running around upstairs. In short Don't MOVE IN! Run with your money!!

As if a history of evicting those in need of Section 8 housing isn't bad enough, here are red flags from my time living there: - For the apartment you get -- fairly small in size, dead mice in the walls, noise from the streets -- the rent is ridiculously high. And of course, always getting higher. - Imagine sending emails for every pool, lounge, holiday event imaginable, but not for when they need to know if I want to renew the lease, and, by default, will legally oblige you to pay for a month-to-month fee for rent three months in the future. I'm fortunate enough to be able to burn $1,500, but I highly implore you read the fine print on your lease; they will screw you over in any way they can, if you don't. - Don't expect to get your security deposit back. Despite a pretty thorough cleaning job on my part, I got about $4 of the $400 I gave them. - I cannot speak to how much the office staff are trained to circle around direct questions and/or respond with that passive-aggressive "Minnesota nice" veneer, but I will simply say it really got under my skin and it is far more likely, again, the property owners/managers are to blame for how difficult it is to communicate on something as basic as, "What's this charge?" - The concierges that used to work there were very kind and down-to-earth. Too bad the property manager thought, "Eh, we pay them too much. How about we fire them all?" Just heartbreaking. On that note, they may want to change the complex name. If the owners weren't on the side of those in greatest need of stable, affordable housing, you should never expect them to be on your side, if you are thinking about moving here.

The amenities might seem nice, but the quality of the apartments is incredibly lacking, they are just made to look nice with cheapest materials possible. The concierge staffers are incredibly nice, but the office is unhelpful and terse, and maintenance damaged some of our property during a repair. The buildings are roach infested, despite monthly "pest control" fees. The lawns are over watered every night even when it has been raining the entire day. I've lived in apartments for years and this was by far my worst experience.

So far I love it here, minor things to be fixed. My dog is adjusting well! Neighbors seem very nice. I’m still organizing my stuff. Thank you!!

Plenty of storage and love the fact that there is enough parking if you decide to have family and friends over.

I have been living at Concierge for a year now. I didn’t have any issues until recently. When I first moved in, Kevin in maintenance helped me take care of my fridge light not working, helping with my AC unit that wasn’t working and he helped me with my drain that hadn’t worked since I had moved in. He was FANTASTIC, he handled my requests thoroughly, quickly and with a ton of respect towards me and my home. Recently, there’s been some issues that took a few maintenance requests- none of which were assigned to Kevin (bummer for me because the other maintenance worker has not been so great to work with). I stopped in to the office where Keelin was FANTASTIC! She answered all of my questions and when she couldn’t help with right away she made me feel like a priority and not a number. She understood my issues and met me with such kindness and willingness to help me. She worked with me to compromise and get us both in a place where we were happy. I just resigned and I’m looking forward to the changes they have made in their team, and if everyone they’ve added is as amazing as Kevin and Keelin, I know Concierge is in good hands for their future growth! Concierge offers great amenities with a really great location. I’m looking forward to this next year!

Resident July 2022 to August 2024 Apartment The units themselves are fair, definitely not the luxury apartments as advertised. There is space for a couple or a family with one young child, modern appliances (gas stove), good overall appearance. Each unit comes with wear: scratches on doors, poorly fixed cracks in walls or caulking, drawers that don't close quite right, lamenent flooring with bumps underneath. They did update the hallways to appear less trashy. Amenities The pool is far and away best quality with the grills. The resort center and outdoor spaces nice to use seasonally, options for weight room but nothing extravagant. The weight room looks like random pieces were bought and placed in the same space, definitely not deemed worthy of being called a full weight room, especially with the shorter ceilings. The Rock wall that never gets used is a complete waste of space. It was previously a golf simulator that did not get used. Small dog areas around designated buildings are average. I do not use the washer and dryer units because I previously had friends who lived here before I did who mentioned regular dryer fires, which may have been due to a person instead of the appliances but not taking the risk. Staff & Service All very kind people and helpful face to face. The difficulties lie when trying to contact management staff; they are not quick to respond to messages, inconsistent shifts in availability whether it's after lunch or an afternoon when no one answers the phone. The mail room is now completely disorganized. Packages used to be scanned in and then tenants notified which also caused delays but now it's a complete guessing game. In regards to maintenance, good luck. In the Winter of 2022-2023 I put in 3 requests and had no follow-up contact for any of them, one being a sink leak that could've caused major issues. *Update February 2024* The maintenance crew has improved dramatically. They're prompt and thorough with tending to maintenance requests! Upgraded from 2 to 3 stars because of this. The parking lot snow removal is good, will tow people if you are parked minutes passed the deadline so appropriate attention needs to be made there. I was informed by staff that an outside source currently cleans and snow blows the sidewalk and they're incredibly are poorly timed: days later than needed and all throughout the daytime. Other: Summer 2023 they designated 8 spots on my building (7610) as reserved parking for an additional $50 but are all lined at the main entrance which only removed decent spots for those who live by the main door.

I have found cockroaches multiple times in the last 8 months I've been here. People's dogs have tried attacking me. K9 unit was here arresting one of my neighbors last month. Building smells like weed half the time. Also whatever they're advertising for rent, add about $200 in hidden fees on top of it. Then when it's time to resign they jack your rent up another couple hundred dollars. This place isn't as nice as they make it seem.
