Ultimately, the apartment isn't worth the rent they charge. A wall unit provides heating and cooling, but is inconsistent and the temperature in the apartment fluctuates considerably. The materials used for countertops and cabinets are fine, but by no means "luxury," and floorplan makes the apartment feel smaller than it should. For less than $100 more per month there is true luxury housing availbe with central air and included parking. It's not a bad apartment, but you won't be getting what you paid for.

I had to live through renovantions, without any consideration to my schedule our payments. I had constant disruptions and felt very disrespected. I moved there looking for peace, and did not get that. I was so happy to leave, I even left early and continued to pay rent for an empty apartment. I'd like to think it's better for those who moved in after renovations - but who knows. I have a sour memory there towards the end. Half of the management team was very accommodating, the other half I'm ok with never interacting with again.
