At about 3 in the afternoon on February 24th the “maintenance guy” crawled through my second story window and tried to choke the life out of me with a set of jumper cables. When I woke up from the coma the doctor told me I was permanently vegetized…

If I could give negative stars I would. I have tried to apply and the lady in the office Jenna is a racist and soo damn rude with a negative attitude but changes it when Mr. Joesph is around. ( which I witnessed many of her ways while visiting friends) Never on time a for tours you schedule and there’s always a hiccups when it comes to business and dealing with them. Terrible communication and representation to be a professional business. Shootings, trashy units with issues they say they will fix but don’t and they are big liars! I’ve seen it first hand. That’s why they keep changing management. If you are looking to stay here please don’t run for the hills safe yourselves and families the trouble!

Best own a bulletproof vest,a Kevlar helmet, and be proficient in engaging the enemy if ya want to live here. Read and watch the news...this place is a star attraction for crime...almost every kind you can think of. Time to go in and clean house....starting with the poor excuse for "management''.

Would not recommend for student housing!! Terrible experience!!! They will do what they can to take your kids deposit away and charge for their filthy apartments. They don’t return calls and when asked for proof of charges they are unable to provide.
