Community oriented place, although I was actually looking for more privacy. Townhomes are small, no attached garage and you share a deck with the neighbor. Management is super friendly and helpful.

Great management/manager (Natalie) and staff. Very helpful and prompt and professional and very kind. Very adaptable and willing to work through challenges including having to break a lease. Continuous improvements. Community building events. Convenient location. Very decent and maintained. Aesthetically great. Mostly quiet. Would still be living here if not that I have to stop renting and buy a house at this time with bigger family in consideration. I was referred here by friends and would definitely refer this place. I miss my Rose Vista peaceful home and community.

Poor maintance. Terrible insulation. We lost money in heating and cooling. Paid way to much for what we got.

The apt building was well kept on the outside, but the laundry facilities were often broke, and things I had requested to be repaired in my apartment often times took several attempts by maintance to be fully repaired if repaired at all. For example: The front burning on my stove never worked from the time I moved in maintance came out a few times, but the burner still wouldn't stay hot I finally gave up and just didn't use it.
