I still have my apartment BUT am moving now. They hosed over the current tenants when they sold out to Laramar Read More properties. You now have to pay, Water, sewage, Trash, gas. Your bills will go up by $ 90-$200+ per month !! The Saint Anthony location USED to be great but started going downhill 2-3 years ago and now this garbage. DO NOT pay the $1100-1500+ rent, go buy a house for this. They no longer vacuum the hallways, the office is no longer open after 5pm, limited hours on the weekend, the trash area is a trash area. It's stripped to the bare bones. DO NOT MOVE HERE...

Curious to know how come the new garbage service comes maybe twice a month. I rarely see pickups & I'm startin Read Moreg to see more mice. Saw a rat the other day. The garbage areas look terrible.

I live here currently, Equinox USED to be a great place to live, I believe now that it is most definitely not Read Morethe case. Ever since the new ownership has taken over this place it has gotten nothing but worse. The rent has increased quite a bit and what use to be an all-inclusive place (meaning water, sewer, garbage, garage, storage space is included in the rental fee) now the renter must pay for all that as well. Which means your $1,200 2-bedroom apartment now turns into $1,300-1,400 by the end of the month. I dont know about anyone else but thats kind of pricy given for what it used to be and the other surrounding apartment complexes. More Cons:- Staff is really hard to get ahold of sometimes you ask them to call you back you wont hear back from them until you keep calling them- Office is never open like it used to be. If you work a 9AM-5PM job good luck trying to get into the office. However, I think there is a few days now that you can finally get a chance but its rare. - Need something fixed you say? Get on the waiting list we have had struggles trying to get stuff fixed.. if I gets fixed at all. - Parking sometimes can be an issue but overall not to bad if you pay for a garage and you have one vehicle. In the winter good luck getting out of the parking lot. They dont really like to plow the complex; this winter was terrible for that oh and on top of that when they are ready to plow you they do give you a notice BUT if you leave your vehicle on the day they decide to plow. Your vehicle gets towed at your expense. I could keep going but this is long enough. Overall since the new ownership took over Equinox Apartments it is no longer what it used to be. From the sounds around the complex area people are moving out finding cheaper and more reliable places to live. Dont be fooled but the amenities or the new look of the apartments they are not that great and I assume it will cost you more money in the end. I would find another place to live.

Overall, our experience living at Equinox has been fairly positive until the last year. We had a few maintenan Read Morece issues that were usually addressed in a timely fashion. The main complaint is that our thermostat doesn't work, so we'd have to get our heat turned on every winter. However, this apartment complex, in my opinion, is going downhill fast under new management. The main reason we continued to stay was that the rent was reasonable, and there was a garage and storage unit included. Plus, we only paid electric for utilities. I'm pretty sure you can tell the direction of this apartment complex by previous (and recent) posts. Not only are the garage and storage unit now an added cost ($50), but they're also making all residents pay a percentage of ALL utilities. There is no way this apartment complex is worth that hike in cost. I'd look elsewhere.

The property is going downhill fast. Laramar properties just took over in mid-2017 and the rents are skyrocke Read Moreting while the amenities are crashing. New management is pretty non-existent, Rents are going through the roof, Each tenant was provided with a free Garage prior but now each is being charged a fee every month, Staff has been downsized by about 30%, office hours cut by 20-25%. DO NOT move here unless you are rich and just don't care. FYI, it's NOT pedestrian safe. The car traffic is crazy. It's not like is used to be 2, 3 years ago, look at the reviews from 2014, look at this past years reviews. see the difference...
