The location is great and the rent is fairly decent for the area. The rooms are a great size and have plenty of space for a nice place to live. However, there was a ton of miscommunication with the building manager which did not make for a pleasant stay. There were also mice and bugs/ants within our kitchen cabinets and near the baseboards of the floor. Maintenance is quick to handle but this just was not the place for me!

This is a nice building in a very decent neighborhood. The busy intersection and proximity to the Roller Garden make it a bit noisy at times but not terrible. The apartments are really cute with the laminate floors and updated kitchens (that was the big selling point for me). I don't fully agree with the management on what they consider "market rate" (rent climbed quite a bit while I lived there), but the staff is excellent- especially Ashly in the office. She is always cheerful and she's very very helpful.

Management was easily accessible and very responsive. I also enjoyed the coin-less laundry system. Affordable price for the location and amenities.

The hot water heater was out for weeks. They said they had it repaired, but it went out again. There was no apology or concern for those of us without hot water. The fire alarm went off about once a month. My move-in was horrendous - the apartment was dirty, appliances that were supposed to be replaced were not replaced, and, again, no apology or concern from management.

The maintenance was terrible, the building was run down. In the winter it was unbearably hot. Maintenance said there was nothing they could do to fix it. The neighborhood is super loud and the walls are way too thin.

The manager here is very good at responding to any needs as soon as she can. I have had very few problems and the few that I have had have been addressed right away.
